The following listening link is for practice IELTS exams. These exams are retired official exams that are not in circulation anymore. However, they are invaluable in terms of practice.
You can open any 'test' you want. Once you do, of course, you're more than willing to do any parts of the exam you'd like. But to practice sentence/note completion, I'd suggest doing Part 1 or Part 4.
