Monday morning Exam - August 20th

Hello everybody,

Sorry I couldn't be there with you today, but I wanted to give you a run down of what's on the Monday morning exam for next week.  Here it is:

• Grammar - completing sentences with noun clauses, indirect questions, reported speech
• Vocabulary - comes from In the News 7-1 & 7-2, "English Mania" Ted talk, and "Learning Languages" listening
• word families
• usage
• Reading - Influence of English on foreign languages
• Listening - Problems with learning English
• Writing - Topic "Why has learning English become so important?"
